Tallahassee: A 2025 All-America City Finalist

The City of Tallahassee is proud to be recognized as a 2025 All-America City Finalist by the National Civic League. This prestigious designation honors communities that demonstrate shared vision, citizen engagement, inclusivity and equity, collaboration, innovation and impact. Each year, only 10 communities earn this prestigious honor. Tallahassee was first recognized as an All-America City in 1999 and earned it again in 2015. The focus of this year's All-America City Award is on strengthening environmental sustainability through inclusive community engagement. The City of Tallahassee highlighted key community-driven initiatives including the Southside Action Plan, the expansion of the park system to 100 parks and the Clean Energy Plan. These initiatives demonstrate that Tallahassee’s progress is rooted in collaboration. As we step into the next 200 years, the City continues to evolve alongside its residents, working together to shape a future that’s even more inclusive, vibrant and resilient.
